In 1981, a small seafood stall opened in Singapore with no signboard — just extraordinary food. That stall became No Signboard Seafood, one of Singapore's most celebrated restaurant brands, famous for its white pepper crab and chilli crab.
Four decades later, we asked a simple question: what if the world could taste our heritage — not just in our restaurants, but anywhere?
