Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns on opened items.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@nova1981.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours and we will send the correct order immediately.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, your order may have already been dispatched and cannot be cancelled.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and will be returned to your original payment method.
